Francisca Sutanto is a Melbourne-based property developer and founder of Central Living, focused on delivering design-led residential and mixed-use developments.
With a background in law and commerce, the approach is grounded in disciplined, commercially driven thinking — combining strategic insight, financial rigour, and hands-on execution across the full property lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to operations and asset positioning.
Having lived across Jakarta, Singapore, and Melbourne, this global perspective informs the way projects are approached — not only as physical developments, but as spaces that reflect lifestyle, functionality, and long-term value.
Through Central Living, the focus is on building high-quality projects that balance design and performance, while identifying opportunities to create scalable and sustainable outcomes. The portfolio includes townhouse and residential developments across Melbourne, with a growing emphasis on larger-scale apartment and mixed-use projects within key activity centres.
Francisca holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and has also undertaken studies at the University of Oxford and the University of Southern California.
